Yolanda Pinkard

Transaction Coordinator

Yolanda Pinkard brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to everything she does. A native of Decatur, Georgia, by way of the DMV (Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia) area, she believes the best solutions come from truly listening, asking the right questions, and meeting people where they are. She’s known for balancing clear problem-solving with genuine empathy, making even complex situations feel manageable and understood.

Yolanda is a proud third-generation graduate of Florida A&M University and remains deeply connected to the FAMU Rattler community. She’s also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she values service, sisterhood, and scholarship.

Outside of work, Yolanda enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, cooking, and learning new skills like knitting. She has served as her family’s genealogist since 1997 and finds real joy in uncovering stories, connections, and history—work that reflects her natural curiosity and attention to detail.

A lifelong dog lover, Yolanda shared nearly 17 years with her beloved Shih Tzu, Pepper, whose companionship left a lasting imprint on her life.

At her core, Yolanda enjoys solving problems in ways that feel human. She believes that when empathy leads the process, better outcomes always follow.
