Meet Miguel, a Texan and retired U.S. Air Force veteran who has seamlessly transitioned his discipline, attention to detail, and mission-focused mindset into a thriving career in real estate as a Transaction Coordinator.
With hands-on experience in the real estate world, Miguel has personally purchased 5 properties, sold 4, and successfully fixed-and-flipped 3 homes. These experiences along with TC training, has given him an insider’s understanding of every stage of the transaction process, from contract to close, allowing him to anticipate issues, streamline timelines, and ensure smooth, stress-free closings for agents and their clients.
Outside of real estate, Miguel is a family man who enjoys studying the Bible, diving into history and real estate books, golfing, hiking, carpentry projects, traveling, and relaxing at the beach.
