Hi, I’m Megan Smith—a new mom, soon-to-be wife, and the kind of person who finds calm in checklists and joy in the little things. I’ve spent the last several years in customer service, pharmacy tech, and childcare—roles that taught me how to juggle details, stay steady under pressure, and care for people with heart.



Now, I’m excited to step into my new role as a transaction coordinator. I’m drawn to the behind-the-scenes work that keeps things running smoothly, and I take pride in creating clear, confident experiences for both agents and their clients.

When I’m not organizing all the things, you’ll usually find me outside with my horses, traveling with my little family, or curled up with a good book. I believe in showing up with intention, leading with kindness, and bringing a sense of calm wherever I go
